Krampus, LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out the standards that apply to Holiday Spirit, how we act on them, and how to reach a person about a concern.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualizes, grooms, exploits, or endangers a child is prohibited in Holiday Spirit without exception. This applies to photographs, text, and any other content a user submits, and to conduct between users. There is no context in which it is permitted, and no appeal process that reinstates it.
Holiday Spirit is not intended for children. Users must be 13 or older. We ask for your year of birth when you first open the app, and an account below that age is deleted rather than limited. We also remove accounts we later identify as belonging to someone under it.
Holiday Spirit exists to share photographs of holiday displays. Photographs should show decorations and property, not people. Photographs of children are not permitted, whether or not the person submitting them believes them harmless, and will be removed when identified.
In the app: every display listing and photograph carries a Report control. Choose Child safety concern and the report is routed for priority review. You do not need to leave the app or find an email address to raise a concern.

We comply with applicable child safety law in the jurisdictions we operate in, including United States federal reporting obligations. We review these standards at least annually and whenever the app’s functionality changes materially.
