Delete some of your data

Holiday Spirit · published by Krampus, LLC · Updated August 30, 2026

This page is for removing part of what you have added to Holiday Spirit while keeping your account. If you want the account itself gone, along with everything attached to it, use delete your account instead.

How to ask

Email support@krampus.studio from the address on your account, and say what you want removed — a display you submitted, a photograph, a review, or all of it. You do not have to give a reason.

We reply within 48 to 72 hours. Requests are handled by hand, not by an automated queue.

What you can remove yourself, right now

Three things are already under your control inside the app, and they take effect immediately without asking us:

What we remove for you

The rest has no in-app control yet, so it goes through the email above:

A display listing is public, so removing one removes it for everybody and not just from your own view. We will tell you that before we act on it if it is not what you meant.

What stays

Your account. This page does not close it. Your profile, your titles, your achievements and your place on the leaderboard are untouched unless you ask for something specific to go.

Anything you have not asked us to remove. We act on the request in front of us and nothing wider.

Other people’s content. Comments and reviews other users wrote are theirs, and they stay even where they sit on something of yours.

How long removal takes

Once we act, the data is gone from the live app immediately — deleted, not flagged as hidden.

Our hosting provider keeps rolling daily snapshots of the database, retained for no more than seven days on our current plan, so a copy of a removed record can sit in a snapshot for up to a week before it ages out. Snapshots exist for disaster recovery and are never used to put removed content back. Photographs live in separate file storage that database snapshots do not include.

If it is your home

If a display at a property you own or occupy has been listed by somebody else, you do not need an account and this is not the page you want. See the section on that in our privacy policy — you can have the listing taken down, and you never have to say why.
